Experience Chef Dao’s Thai flavours take on the famous Australian Surf N Turf main meal to remind us of our love for warm summer nights and gathering with friends as you tuck into:
Beef ribs (cooked in yellow curry)Glacier 51 toothfish (served with shiitake mushrooms and in red sauce)
Shark Bay crabs (wrapped in banana leaf with rice)
WATCHING THE SUNSET GO BY
Nothing sweeter than a summer sunset by the ocean with a cooling breeze. Chef Dao is recreating this feeling with her own “Sweet Sunset” dessert of:
Butterfly pea coconut ice cream with black glutinous rice

Baan Baan’s bar will be creating three special drinks to match your Thai summer feast:
